Solidario como el que m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honr\u00f3 su origen proletario hasta el final, pegado a su clase, a su querida familia, a su barriada del Cerro y a su partido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dirigente de la Federaci\u00f3n de Funcionarios de OSE durante d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se integr\u00f3 a nuestro partido hace 40 a\u00f1os a la salida de la dictadura, fue miembro de su secretariado y dirigente de la Corriente Sindical Clasista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u201cNegro\u201d Carlos ya no vendr\u00e1 montando su caballo desde el norte para defender el agua como en el 2004, pero si lo har\u00e1 en las banderas de quienes enterrar\u00e1n hoy el nefasto proyecto Neptuno y seguramente m\u00e1s temprano que tarde al sistema explotador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo honraremos redoblando nuestra lucha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Partido Comunista Revolucionario del Uruguay.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>23 de Febrero de 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gran compa\u00f1ero, fraterno, generoso en todo, de dedicaci\u00f3n plena a la militancia obrera y popular.
