Informe sobre Uruguay, setiembre 2017
Informe a los partidos y organizaciones participantes del Seminario Internacional por el 100° Aniversario de la Revolución de Octubre, realizado en Gelserkinchen, Alemania, el 27,28 y 29 de Octubre de 2017, organizado por ICOR y CIPOML. Participaron 1050 militantes, 60 organizaciones políticas de 40 países, incluído el PCR del Uruguay.
